Program Description

Students may earn a minor in the discipline area show below, in which the major is offered at the bachelor’s level. Students must complete the required 15 to 18 semester hours of coursework, 9 semester hours of which must be 3000- or 4000-level courses, as detailed below. A minor may be earned simultaneously with or subsequently to earning a bachelor degree. Students are not permitted to earn a minor and a major in the same program of study. Courses taken in Core IMPACTS (Areas A through E) may not be counted as course work in the minor. A minimum grade of C is required in courses utilized in a minor or certificate program.

Twenty-five percent (25%) of the credit hours required for minor and certificate programs must be completed through instruction offered by ABAC.

It is strongly recommended that students include the following in the Core IMPACTS (Areas A through E) courses: MATH 1111, ECON 2106 and MATH 1401.

Students are responsible for ensuring they satisfy the prerequisites before taking any upper level Business course.
