This is an introduction and survey course into the field of public administration, focusing on its history, how public-sector administration differs from private-sector management, and provides the basic core principles of public administration with emphasis on leadership, public finance, human resource management, policy and project development and oversight, and administrative law. Credit toward graduation not allowed for POLS 4200 and PADM 3500.
